7-day money-back guarantee – how it works

Haircrane offers business customers the opportunity to test the scissor for 7 days in practice. During this period, you may use the scissor in your salon.
• You receive new scissors; please handle them with care.
• Want to test together with colleagues? Order a maximum of one scissor per type, per salon and test together.
Important: please mention “7-day trial” in the order notes when placing your order

Not convinced within 7 days? Then you may return the Haircrane.

After the 7-day trial period has expired without timely notification of return, the purchase becomes final and the right to return and refund expires. The invoice must be paid within 14 days from the order date.

Return procedure
• From the moment you receive the scissor(s), you have 7 days to inform us by email that you wish to return them. This can be done via info@haircrane.com, including:

  • name
  • order number and/or invoice number
  • which scissors are being returned
  • reason for return

• After sending this email, you can proceed with returning the scissor(s). We expect them to be returned as soon as possible to the address below (see return conditions).
• The shipping costs are at your own expense. Haircrane provides no return label.
We recommend sending your return insured via a carrier of your choice.

Return conditions:
• We do not accept damaged Haircrane scissors.
• Always return the scissor(s) properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
• If returning the full order, all received materials and accessories must be included.
• Returns must always be sent insured. The sender is responsible for loss or damage during transport. Haircrane cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments.
• Once we have received the scissor(s) in good condition, you will receive a confirmation by email.
